A Memorial Day To Remember In Charlotte
For those who usually watch the Coca-Cola 600 on Memorial Day weekend, you were given a little surprise on Memorial Day. Because of a Sunday rain-out, the race was pushed to Monday. The longest race in the Sprint Cup would be pounded with rain all day, but after four cautions including three red flags during the downpouring in the Charlotte area, NASCAR would name Michael Waltrip Racing driver David Reutimann (00) the winner after the weather just wouldn't cooperate. Reutimann's win just put him within a handful of points away from 12th place in the point standings.
MIT OpenCourseWare
The Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) has posted "online" classes on their website. It may look more like the instructor syllabus and student notes, but it gives you the feel of the class, whether online or structured, without taking the class online or in the classroom. The program, known as MIT OpenCourseWare, brings the classroom to you without the expense of school.

Earlier this month, WWPM began subcontractor work for SYNTECHS doing warranty-covered work on LCD/plasma televisions, personal computers and printers. May revenue will be $110 due to a slow month and a late start.
With the digital transition deadline for television stations being June 12, 2009 (15 days to go!), there may be technical issues for those who purchase HD and plasma televisions who may discover technical issues, but at least 10% of all VISIO televisions and between 10% and 14% for other brands have issues such as sound or worse off, a damaged part. We can do this for you, but you have to contact the manufacturer. They have to contact SYNTECHS, who will send a local technician to work on your problem. WWPM normally covers a 40-mile radius of Nokomis, Illinois, but SYNTECHS can request for WWPM to work a job outside the area (e.g. Chicago or St. Louis). Please do not call WWPM directly to fix the issues! The issue has to go through the right extensions before it gets to us.
